Florida's Best Services is a licensed Florida contractor headquartered at 702 NW 6th Ave, Suite 206, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311. We hold eight active Florida licenses: General Contractor CGC1505415, Electrical EC13012774, Plumbing CFC1430937, Mechanical CAC1820586, Roofing CCC1332758, Pool CPC1459822, Mold Assessor MRSA1625, and Mold Remediation MRSR1731.

Florida's Best Services is licensed, bonded, and insured. We manage all required permits and inspections as part of our service. License numbers are available upon request and can be verified through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).

Warranty terms are specified in your individual project contract. Generally, we provide warranties on labor and materials as described in your written agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you as the homeowner.

Florida's Best Services' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
